Spiral Rock Guidelines

Off to the side of the trading board is another sign with some information and general guidelines on the Spiral Rocks.

How to get Rocks:
As you make your way around the valley and post on the forums, you can earn Spiral Rocks for your efforts. Certain actions, such as roleplaying at the Valley Edges can earn you quite a few Spiral Rocks, whereas posting in other areas will only yield a smaller amount. Here is a list of forum areas where you can earn Spiral Rocks and the amount you can earn there:

Sky Dancing
- 3 Spiral Rocks for starting a new topic

Gryphine Nests
- 5 Spiral Rocks for starting a new topic
- 3 Spiral Rocks for replying to a topic
Art Tree
- 15 Spiral Rocks for starting a new topic
- 3 Spiral Rocks for replying to a topic

Events
- 3 Spiral Rocks for replying to a topic
Meeting Place
- 6 Spiral Rocks for starting a new topic
- 3 Spiral Rocks for replying to a topic
Perein's Den
- 3 Spiral Rocks for either starting a new topic or replying to a topic
Market Place
- 3 Spiral Rocks for either starting a new topic or replying to a topic

RP
- 8 Spiral Rocks for starting a new topic
- 12 Spiral Rocks for replying to a topic
(This is to encourage people to reply to and continue a RP instead of having of bunch of unfinished ones floating around)

Feedback and Problems
- 3 Spiral Rocks for either starting a new topic or replying to a topic

Spiral rocks can also be earned in contests or from the Hiding Hole(bank)

Rules regarding Spiral Rocks
- Please don't abuse the system by making random posts or spamming
- Please obey the rules/guidelines of each forum (i.e. in the Gryphine Nests area, please only start one topic for your Gryphines and add further Gryphines as a new post to the original topic)
- The values earned might have to be changed eventually (and are open for suggestions , however notice will be given before this happens
- Please obey these rules, I'd rather not have to implement some sort of punishment/ban for abuse

Other Information:
Since the addition of a points system to the forums, the original spiral rock items will now be considered limited edition items as they are essentially obsolete. If you would like, you can either trade in your rocks for the number of points listed below, or you can give your rocks to Acquila for making into an accessory.

If you want to use your spiral rocks for an accessory, go to Acquila's Accessory Shop and follow the directions listed there.

Otherwise, feel free to keep your rocks for as long as you'd like.
