Gryphine Breeding Instructions
To start a sky dance between two Gryphines you must post the following form into a new topic in the (Only one pair per person)

Username:
Mother name and ID:
Mother image or URL:
Father name and ID:
Father image or URL:
If a Gryphine does not belong to you, do you have permission?
Have you built a nest or are you using a pre-made one?
Pack(if in one):

If you only have one Gryphine and cannot find another to use, feel free to use “wild” as either the mother or father, and any resulting chicks will have a blend of your Gryphine and a random parent.

Nest information
Nests allow you to have some control over what your chick might look like and to increase your chances of a successful breeding.
To build a nest you can create a new topic in the or edit your previous nest to change the items inside.

Pack information
If your Gryphine is a member of a pack, the teamwork between members increases the chances of a successful breeding.

And the resulting babies from the June Breedings are:

The blue scale used on 125 resulted in a twin tail, and he is a hybrid between an Eastern and a Regular Gryphine. Since we have our first hybrid, I have also updated the species page with a little more breeding related information on the different species. He is a Mage, just like his father, and has the longer body of an Eastern Gryphine after his mother.

The green scale combined with the rainbow scale resulted in a random species change for 126, resulting in an Eastern chick.

And finally, we have some random chicks hatch for some lucky non-owners. Congratulations Coyote Nights, Vampire Hall, and White Mare of Mabon:


The chicks should grow up in about a week. Feel free to name them any time before then or once they grow up.
